PROPHECY: THE SPACE SHUTTLE COLUMBIA CRASH ……….. A vision from the LORD: 4:30 a.m. 03/08/2002, Atlanta, USA.
In this vision, I watched the Space Shuttle Columbia take off. It had a beautiful American flag attached to its tail end. It flew around for a while, displaying its beauty to the throngs of people watching. I was in the spirit, and I stood there watching, amazed at the greatness of America. The shuttle displayed its beauty for a little while and then received instruction to proceed with its journey. Eventually it went out of sight into outer space. At this stage, I felt the need to rest, so I proceeded in a certain direction toward my left, but the Holy Spirit stopped me immediately and instructed me to go toward my right, where there was a shelter [a building]. [Please take note of these “left” and “right” directives]. I went into the building and laid down to rest. After a while, the Spirit of God told me to step back outside and take another look at the shuttle in the sky. What I saw was a strange sight: the shuttle was suspended in outer space for a moment, and then it tumbled down. I watched the shuttle fall and hit the ground three times. The first time it hit the ground, a robotic helicopter-like device fell out from it. The second time it hit the ground, it was the food supply that was flung out. I saw a fish tossed out in my direction. The shuttle hit the ground the third time and never moved again. Then a multitude of people began to walk toward the crash site. They asked me questions about what I had seen and heard. I narrated the prophetic dimension of what I had seen, and I saw many other people (also with prophetic insights) bearing witness to the incident. Then I woke up.
Today, the Shuttle Columbia is no more. The words “left” and “right” in this narrative are indicative of spiritual directives: “Left” is an indication of flesh or worldliness, and “Right” signifies Spirit or righteousness.
Here I was, being instructed by the Holy Spirit to NOT lean on the strength and wisdom of man (“left”) because the strength of man will inevitably fail. Instead, I am to lean on the strength and wisdom of the Lord (“right”) that can never fail (see Matthew 25:33).
The same applies to you as you read this book. Don’t dismiss my claim as coming from a mere man. Don’t put your trust in religion, intellectualism, political correctness, wealth, or America’s military might, for these will surely fail you in time of great need. Everything else will fail, but the Lord and His promises can never fail. Although the accident with the shuttle actually happened almost a year after it was revealed to me, there is a dimension of this vision that points to a prophetic witness of the truth of God’s Word for the twenty-first century believers. Not only will more and more ministers of the Gospel of Jesus walk in greater revelation and understanding of the times; the time has also come when the nations of the world will literally storm the Church for answers/solutions to their misfortunes. Many people in the world marketplace are about to come to the shocking realization that they have been duped and that many of their so-called democratic leaders have no real solutions to their social, economic, and political woes. They will then have no other choice than to turn to Jesus Christ. And as the United States, Russia, China, Iran, and other nuclear powers and aspiring nuclear powers openly gear up for a major nuclear showdown in this twenty-first century, true members of the Body of Christ will also rise up to bear witness to the will and power of God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who saves those who put their trust in Him.
