As time went by, the Lord compelled me to relate some of these prophetic messages to the White House. And so on April 4, 2003, at about 3:00 a.m., I sent an e-mail to President George W. Bush,    first, to thank him for his efforts in combating terrorism, but second, to warn him about the impending nuclear attack on America. In the message, I shared several applicable portions of my prophecy journal and suggested a few counter-terrorism measures that might help the nation prepare for the inevitable. I also suggested a number of response strategies to help safeguard our welfare in the face of a nuclear holocaust. In writing to the President, I basically called on him to:

• Safe-guard such important, but obvious, terror targets as nuclear power plants, water reserves, oil reserves, refineries, government and military sites, and airports, so that they would not be sitting ducks for terrorists.

• Partner with allies and other oil-producing nations, including Nigeria, to guarantee supply in the U.S. in times of serious emergency.

• Begin preliminary work on processing the oil in our U.S. Strategic Oil Reserves and to pursue alternative energy prospects.

• Partner with the Church and work out modalities by which the surpluses of the United States Department of Agriculture might be channeled to local churches to meet community needs. These churches would serve as cities of refuge in time of serious emergency.

• Position fighter jets to guard civilian jetliners during national and international flights and to fully secure all airports.

It has now been more than five years since I sent the e-mail to the White House. For the record, several developments, worthy of mention, have taken place since I sent the message:

• Armed, plain-clothes U.S. Marshals now accompany local and international flights.

• U.S. Lawmakers approved legislation allowing some higher level of domestic oil drilling/processing.

• President Bush visited Nigeria on July 11, 2003, and his visit had “oil” written all over it, as he was accompanied by the then-National Security Advisor, Condoleezza Rice, a former board member of Chevron. Flanked by a large entourage of oil executives, the President also met with the heads of Exxon-Mobil, Shell Petroleum, Chevron, Texaco, and others in Nigeria.

Although, on August 8, 2006, a Nigerian newspaper, Daily Sun Newspaper, confirmed that U.S. officials are looking toward Nigeria’s oil as a means of averting potential energy crisis, I cannot say for sure that my message to the White House has prompted any specific legislation or security measures. Still, it was quite a relief for me to be able to share the information with the White House, for it can be very comforting when you sense that a disaster is about to happen and you are able to warn people ahead of time, so they can take the necessary precautions to avert the disaster or reduce its impact.

This book is written with you in mind; to share with you what I have been privileged to see and hear in the Spirit, and to empower you to walk in the true victory and protection that only God Almighty provides. It is also my hope and prayer that the information in this book will impart to you an understanding and insight into the mind, motivation, and machination of the terrorists who have sworn to destroy America at all costs.

The incidents of 9/11 and Katrina are essential reminders of America’s vulnerability to disasters orchestrated either by enemies within or without. So I encourage you, once again, to please listen for the perfect will of God for your life even as you read through these pages.
